MERGER Motoren Francoys BV & Pump Fleet Services BV
Since January 2020 – almost six years ago – Motoren Francoys and Pump Fleet Services have been part of the same group. Step by step, we have worked on integration and creating synergy, always with the aim of providing you, our customer, with the best possible service without any disruption.
Since April 2024, both companies have also been located at the same address: Akkerstraat 10, 9090 Merelbeke-Melle. We are now preparing for the final step: a merger of both companies, which will be completed in the first half of 2026.
In practice, this means:
- Motoren Françoys will continue to exist, but will be renamed TRC België BV.
- Pump Fleet Services will NOT continue to exist and will merge with TRC België BV in 2026 once all outstanding orders have been delivered.
- As a result, from 1 January 2026, all new orders from Pump Fleet Services will be invoiced to you under the VAT number BE0445.794.677 of TRC België BV.
- Current orders placed before 1 January 2026 may still be invoiced under the company Pump Fleet Services.
What does this mean for you, as a client from Pump Fleet Services or Motoren Francoys BV?
- From 1 January 2026, please no longer send your purchase orders to Pump Fleet Services but to TRC België BV (formerly Motoren Francoys BV).
- From 1 January 2026 all orders will be registered under VAT number BE0445.794.677 and you will receive an order confirmation from us.
- If the supplier with VAT number BE0445.794.677 (Motoren Francoys BV) is not known in your systems, please create the new supplier TRC België BV with company number BE0445.794.677
- If the supplier Motoren Francoys BV is known, please change this name to TRC België BV.
- If you are not yet administratively ready on 01.01.2026, please let us know and we will arrange a short transition period to give you time to adapt to the future new situation.
